Job Description Mission:· Ensure high quality delivery in all projects of Corporate Technology Research and Development project s in China· Ensure professional project delivery by coaching project managers and heads of research groups in how to use quality system methods at the interface to customers· Implement practical, results oriented measures for ensuring technical quality, especially SW qualityResponsibilities:· Manage the implementation of the Corporate Technology quality management system in China· Oversee the quality process in projects, for example the quality gates, together with CT China management and heads of research groups· Organize quality related education and training, for example project management training, agile, code quality and training for QMiPs (Quality managers in projects) · Guide the selection and application of methods and tools, including the CT milestone cards, the quality gates, SW quality tool such as testing tools· Lead technical tasks(such as architecture review, refactoring, design reviews, code reviews, testing across projects and help fine-tune the projects and features to meet the customer needs.· Work closely with software engineers, QMiPs, project managers and other engineering teams to get high quality prototypes, products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).· Run a quality community together with the QMiPsCompetencies and experience· Master or higher degree in SW, electrical or automation engineering· Project Management experience in large projects including end customer relation · People management experience of team size 20 and more over 2 years or more· Software Engineering practices - Design, Code, Unit Testing, Testing· Quality Management· Excellent Communication skills· Program management experience to drive large organization wide initiatives· Experience in co-ordinating and conducting trainings in the area of Project Management, Code Quality
