Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain food
safety and quality standards and related procedures, provide technical support
to colleagues to ensure suppliers complies with Yum China’s food safety and
quality requirements. Manage the third party auditing company and auditors.

a) Maintain food and non-food supplier STAR standards and QPR checklist.

b) Maintain STAR auditing system, including auditors calibration and performance tracking;

c) Establish and maintain food safety and quality related policies /procedures.

d) Be responsible for eQA modules of Food additive, SPEC, QAP, and supplier STAR/QPR.

e) Provide training to QA and related team to on food safety and quality standards /policies/procedures.

f) Organize STAR training to suppliers.

g) Prepare food safety metrics to Yum! Global.

h) Continuous improvement on food safety and quality management.

i) Other projects and jobs from the leader.

Requirements:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor or above Degree in Food Science/Agriculture/Biology or related field.
• Familiar with food safety and quality management system and audit experience.
• Prefer to be GFSI/ISO/HACCP Certified with experience on audit.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in food industry at quality assurance.
• In depth knowledge of quality assurance system in food industry as well as relative government regulations.
• Have a thoroughly understanding of the components of GFSI equivalence standards such as BRC, FSCC 22000, IFS…
• Fluency in written and oral English.
