Role & Responsibilities：

• Responsible for design quality assurance, production process quality assurance and customer quality assurance负责在研发质量保证,生产过程质量保证,以及客户质量保证。

• Lead quality assurance team to fulfill responsibilities by completing daily tasks.带领质量保证团队履行职责,完成各项日常工作。

• Recognize potential customer requirements, organize internal feasibility and risk analysis, define action plans and tracking the effectiveness status of implementation (Specifications, PFMEA, Control plan, etc.)识别潜在的客户需求,组织内部进行可行性以及风险评估,制定相应的执行和控制措施,监督执行和控制结果，验证措施效果。

• Define and approve product specifications, standards, inspection/test method, qualification of inspectors, measurement system analysis, etc.定义和批准标准,检验方法,检验人员资格验证,测量系统验证等。

• As contact window for customer, communicate and coordination internally and externally with product quality related request and requirements针对产品质量的要求进行内外协调沟通。

• Trainings to team and related operators, inspectors about product standards, requirements, methods etc.培训相关操作员以及检验员的产品标准和检验方法,要求等。

• Prepare quality documents such as certificates, inspection reports for deliveries确保项目各项文件符合流程要求,并准备好质量相关文件,包括材质报告,出货检验报告等

• Handling customer complaints to organize root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions follow up 8D report upon request处理客户投诉,组织分析问题原因,制定纠正与预防措施,并跟进改善效果,并按照要求提供8D报告。

• Define and update quality report, timely process stability analysis, quality issue root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plan and status tracking of implementation 制作质量报告,定期分析生产过程稳定性,产品质量稳定性，良率,各项问题原因分析和改善措施及其状态。

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

Qualification & Background：

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical background.本科及以上学历,理工或机械工程专业。

• Above 5 years work experience in industry field QA topics, and min 2 years’experience in customer quality assurance managing. 5年以上制造业品保工作经验,2年以上客户质量管理经验。

• Experience in QM tools of SPC, MSA, FMEA, AQPQ, PPAP, quality tools.对质量管理五大工具（SPC, MSA, FMEA, AQPQ, PPAP）熟悉且有实操经验。

• Skills in measuring equipment/instruments (CMM, contour, OMM) will be preferred.-有测量仪器设备经验者优先

• Good communication in English and Chinese (written and oral).英语流利,能作为工作语言

• Good Knowledge in Ms Office.能灵活应用办公软件。
