Responsibilities:

• Introduce/Implement corporate testing strategy to new development team/department
• Project planning, testing scope gathering and discussion
• Lead a testing team with 3+ team members
• Prepare UAT test cases and perform UAT testing to support project rollout
• Report UAT testing progress/test results/issue logs to project team in an efficient and detail manner
• Verify defect fixes and report retest results
• Ensure the validated deliverables meet functional system specifications and requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, business or related area
• Advanced communication skill in Cantonese and English, Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in performing UAT testing experienced
• Experience on team management
• Experience in automatic testing tools like Selenium, BrowserStack and SeeTest will be an advantage
• Understanding of various software quality and testing methodologies
• Attention to details, persistent and patient
