Key Responsibilities
? Oversee company’s quality strategies and ensuring consistent implementation of processes and procedures
? Conduct necessary QA activities prior to and during product selection;
? Participate in factory audits and make active suggestion of factory selection
? Review products performance, compliance with customer standards & testing certification, ensure products to meet global, customer and market requirements
? Ensuring regular updated reports to customers via face to face meetings and written correspondence
? Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure company products quality standards are detailed, necessarily provide appropriate training to team
? Solve any quality and technical problems of products
? Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
? knowledge to verify manufacturing flow and quality control process
? expert understanding on protocol of product testing and inspection.
Qualifications Requirement
? Degree level above
? Good knowledge in fields of home appliances, kitchen electric product
? Good knowledge to verify manufacturing flow and quality control process
? Expert understanding on protocol of product testing and inspection
? Have strong technical background to analyze and solve problems
? Have good experience on product development or process improvement
? 5+ years’ Managerial experience and strong communication skills
? 8+ years’ experience on quality assurance of relative industry
? Good oral and written English, good report writing and strong presentation skills
? Willing and able to travel and work under pressure
