KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily PER /AE handling
• Outstanding PER/AE case follow up
• PER/AE process maintenance and improvement
• Prepare periodic Product risk evaluation report preparation
•  Support QA manager for other task       

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 5 years of QA experience in medical device manufacturer and 2 years PMS experience.
• Fluent  in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
