Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

QA Manager (Station in Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

• Professional support to our suppliers with regard to the quality-oriented mass production, according to our requirements development of new luminaire products continuous quality improvement through evaluation of individual technological steps
• Close cooperation and support of the Product Management and QA Department at the headquarters in Lilienthal
• Support in the light technology and lifetime test laboratory in Jangxi (near Haining)
• Technical (electrical, photometrical, metrological) support for the inspectors in the execution of the PSI
• Development and realization of performance tests of our smart products
• Support our suppliers in the APP development with regard to the implementation of the guidelines of the functional specification document
• Support our suppliers in the development of new smart products according to our customer requirements
• Cooperation with German testing institutes associations in China
• Evaluation of new suppliers in terms of competence, performance, quality awareness, knowledge of standards and their experience in the EU export business

Requirements:

• Electrical and electronic knowledge (medium power electronics)
• Willingness to make frequent business trips in China
• Intercultural experiences and experienced in working in China/Asia
• You are communicative, capable of working in a team and willing to integrate into existing company structures
• MS-Office knowledge
• Good command in English
