任职资格：

1、大学本科以上学历，理工类专业；

2、8年以上相关经验，3年以上管理经验；

3、5年以上扎实的wafer FAB技术岗位工作经验。PIE、Product、Quality&Reliablity等岗位优先考虑；

4、精通质量管理的观念；

5、熟悉晶圆制造工艺。

Qualification

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering

2.More than 8 years relevant experience, more than 3 years management experience

3.More than 5 years of solid wafer FAB technical post experience. PIE, Product, Quality&Reliablity are preferred

4.Have the concept of quality management

5.Familiar with wafer manufacturing process
