The right individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving all quality assurance related activities, performing supervision of the quality teams, coordinating quality audits with different parties involved, and always ensuring the best practices, standards and measures while compiling with the Company policies and requirements and standards of the customers. 

Requirements :

• Best with Certificate/diploma in engineering discipline plus previous experience in a QA role in garment industry; gained from functional outerwear preferably
• Min 5 years in the managerial level involving quality assurance, testing activities and inspection practices
• Good command of English and fluency in Mandarin is must 

• With solid experience or training Quality Assurance Management/ Engineering or other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in garment industry in which at least 3 years in managerial position
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in Six Sigma, LEAN, ISO9000/ QS9000/ ISO14001/ 5S/ TQM
• Strong technical know-how in functional outwear manufacturing will definitely an advantage.
• Excellent in both English & Chinese communication and report writing
