Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• Assist Q.A. Manager in developing the quality management systems and processes in line with Hong Kong GMP and PIC/S standard
• Handle routine quality management work including preparation of SOP, follow up of deviation, risk assessment and change control
• Ensure all regular quality reviews are carried out in accordance to schedule, e.g. product quality review, mock recall, self-inspection
• Support Q.A. Manager during statutory inspection/ principal audit by facilitating the preparation for such audits
• To Assist ad-hoc Q.A. projects and other tasks as assigned by the Q.A. Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above in science related disciplines e.g. quality management, pharmaceutical, chemical engineer, chemistry, bio-medical science, food science and validations
• 1-2 years working experience in Quality Assurance of pharmaceutical or food industry
• Knowledge of GMP is essential, QMS and validation activities will be an advantage
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also considered
