Good View Fruits Co. Ltd. was formed in 1982. The company is the leading provider of wholesale fruits and vegetables in Hong Kong. We cater to businesses across the Hong Kong, Macau and Korea. Among our valued customers are domestic and international airline caterers, restaurants, global hotel groups and multiple food service outlets. To cope with our rapid growth, we are now seeking for caliber candidates to join us.

Working Location: Tsing Yi

Working Time: 09:00 – 17:30 5 days work, Shift Bank Holiday Medical benefit Shuttle bus

Key roles and duties: 

Conduct inspection from raw material, processing and end products. Conduct sampling, physical / chemical testing on starting materials, intermediates and finished products. Conduct environmental monitoring in production area. Arrange the pest control service. Calibrate the analytical equipment in the QC Laboratory. Review and maintain the update of product specification record system. Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• F.6 or above in food science or related disciplines.
• Hygiene course certificate is preferable.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as QC Technician. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
