Job Description

Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for planning, tracking and documentation of several projects from the project proposal phase to close out. Projects are typically outlined with specific guidelines to be followed. Communicate with multiple departments (design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing, AE groups) to drive improvements. Coordination and maintenance of various aspects of the quality control systems as assigned including review, edit, format, process and distribute various quality systems, procedures, and processes. Provide proactive liaison with various clients with the goal of enhancing and a value add to the client relationship.


Responsibilities:

1. Work with internal groups and HQ on various quality related projects.

2. Support China customers with product quality requirements and communicating customer requirements to HQ and other world wide locations in Asia, Europe.

3. Assist with China supplier quality management.

4. Seamless technical terminology translation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese in oral and documents/emails.


Requirements:

Education Major: Science

Experience & Skill: 3 Years

1. Ability for multi-task and plan

2. Proficiency in Microsoft office - Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Experience with sharepoint is a plus

3. Ability to work independently and work well with others

4. Proactive and ability to regularly update teams on progress

5. Complete bilingual fluency in English & Chinese reading, writing and speaking.

6. Strong communication, presentation skill and good team work player
