Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager in establishing and maintaining quality management system, SOP, GMP documents and records;
• Conducting GMP training and Maintenance;
• Following assigned tasks such as change control, risk management, validations, self-inspection;
• Assist in handling product returns, complaints, quality reviews;
• Assist in handling the program of change on product registration and product recalls;
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree or high diploma holder with at least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing especially in QA or TCM Pharmaceutical areas is preferred; 
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details with good communication skills, and able to work under pressure; 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Officer.
