• Implement, monitor and update Quality Management System in accordance to AZ standard and local regulation.
• Monitoring the implementation and manage database of Quality & Compliance Manual.
• Manage and monitor Change Management.
• In coordination with Procurement, manage supplier from quality perspective, i.e manage, monitor and update Quality Assurance Agreement, Supplier Quality
• Risk Assessment, Material Complaint and its CAPA Response, etc.
• Perform batch record review before approval other Qualified Person.
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis of Finished Product.
• Manage and monitor Stability Program
• Conduct GMP Training Plan as scheduled.
