Job Title: QA Supervisor

The Challenge:

• 在确保所有的运作符合ISO，HACCP，GMP和SHE的要求的前提下，以客户为中心管理客户质量相关问题，提高客户对DSM的满意度。Manage key customer quality issues to improve customer satisfaction while ensuring customer centric and all operations meet the requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP and SHE.
• 协调各个部门主导客户投诉的调查，调动相关资源进行问题分析，制定，跟踪并推进改善行动计划，完善并分享客户投诉报告。Lead troubleshooting of key customer complain with the support of other department, mobilize the necessary competences for problem analysis, define and track improvement action plans, compile and share the customer complain report with other departments.
• 法规方面中国法规对于食品，尤其是婴幼儿配方食品的监管越来越严格。客户方面，客户对于下游供应商的要求和管理，如对过敏原管理，异物管理，交叉污染管理及洁净区分区管理等的要求越来越高。此外，由于客户众多，不同客户的配方及要求各不相同，对于质量的控制也提出了相当高的挑战。In terms of regulations, China's laws and regulations are increasingly stringent in the supervision of food, especially infant formula food. As for customers, the requirements and management of downstream suppliers, such as allergen management, foreign body management, cross-contamination management and clean zone management, are getting higher and higher. In addition, due to the large number of customers and different prescriptions and requirements of different customers, there is considerable challenges in the quality control.
  

The Position:

• 安全健康环保和安保职责SHE and Security Responsibilities
  • 执行国家和公司的相关法规和标准。Follow up national and company related regulations and standards
  • 执行公司的安全健康环保/职业卫生/相关的安保程序/应急程序。Execute company SHE, occupational hygiene, related security and emergency process
  • 遵守公司的安保条例，确认是被告知的，被培训过的，并完成注册登记（如保密协议等），当不保密状况或不符合条例的事件发生时遵循警示职责。To observe the Security regulations, takes care to be aware, trained and completed formal registration (e.g. Non-Disclosure Agreement) and fulfils a warning function when regulations are violated.
• 通过提供良好的质量保证来满足客户的期望和要求，与关键客户和其他部门合作以满足客户的需求，及时提供客户要求的信息，并以客户为中心的方式评估并响应关键客户的投诉、想法和建议。Meet customer expectations and requirements by providing good quality assurance, working cooperatively with the key customer and other departments to meet their needs, provide requested information in a timely manner and assess and respond to customer complaints, ideas and suggestions in a key customer focused manner.
• 快速响应客户投诉处理，调查根本原因，定义，跟踪并推进行动计划，并向客户经理提供调查及整改报告。Handle Customer Complaint rapidly, investigate the root cause, close loop with proposed action plan and provide an investigation report to related account manager
• 通过内部和外部资源鼓励质量改进，以获得新的和创新的想法。信息的系统和来源包括：变更管理、客户投诉、风险评估、纠正和预防措施。 Encourage quality improvement through internal and external sources for new and innovative ideas. Systems and sources of information include; change management, customer complaints, risk assessment, corrective and preventative actions.
• 需要时放行成品（PMX）或原材料。Release of finished goods (PMX) or raw material when needed.
• 与ELN业务相关的日常工作（从原料至成品）的执行及监控，如原料评估，配方Spec校验，生产异常监控和调查等。Implementation and monitoring of daily work related to ELN business (from raw materials to finished products), such as raw material evaluation, formula Spec verification, abnormal production monitoring and investigation, etc.
• 完成由上司指定的其他任务。 Implement other tasks appointed by supervisor.
  

The Ideal:

• 本科及以上。Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food, chemistry, pharmaceutics, biology or related fields
• 熟悉ISO9001， ISO 14001，FSSC22000 and GMP standards。Notions of ISO9001, ISO 14001, FSSC22000 and (international) GMP standards
• 了解中国食品/药品法规，尤其是早期营养方面。Good knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment for food/pharm, especially ELN (Early Life Nutrition).
• 有较好的电脑操作能力与较好的英语读、写能力及基本口语能力。Have better PC skill, better read and write English skill and basic oral English skill.
• 有药品、食品行业工作经历或有维生素接触背景，有研发或实验室经验。Have pharmaceutical or food industry experience or have background of vitamins. Have R&D or laboratory experience.
• 在食品/制药厂担任至少8年的质量保证/质量控制职位。Minimum 8 years in QA/QC position within a food/pharma manufacturer.
• 有ELN（早期营养）行业经验者优先。Experience in ELN (Early Life Nutrition) industry is preferred
• 经验必须包括方法验证、故障排除, CAPA等。 Experience must include validation, troubleshooting, CAPA.
• 良好的沟通能力。Good communication skills.
• 具有良好的领导能力，协调能力及关系处理能力。Good leadership skills, coordinating skill and relationship management skill.
