Responsibility:
- Lead QA team to monitor food safety, quality and hygiene for the Central Kitchen to meet with international and ISO 22000 standards
- Maintain and improve quality management systems. Develop and handle renewals of ISO22000
- Conduct food safety risk assessment, inspection and audit for catering outlets
- Handle customers complaint, find out root cause of complaint, regular update product safety and regulations, establish actions plans for improvement
- Manage sampling scheduling, daily operations and supervise laboratory operation
- Liaise with purchase teams to ensure raw materials meet company’s quality standard
- Provide food hygiene training to operations and frontline staff
- Prepare monthly reports, and take up other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Food Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years solid experience in catering services or food industry
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 system
- Pro-active, detail-minded, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges
- Strong interpersonal, cooperative and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese- Salary: 20-25K+
