Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• 管理QA团队的日常工作，及与各部分之间的沟通配合。

Manage daily work in QA team, and cooperate with each department.

• 组织和指导实施过程审核, 产品质量审核及相关试验, 识别产品及过程风险，组织跟踪并推进原因分析和措施整改。

Organize and guide the implementation of process audit, product audit and related test, identify the risk of product and process, organize/track and promote the root cause analysis and corrective action.

• 组织记载和保存规定的检验和试验记录，对所提供的检验数据的准确性和可靠性进行评估、核实。

Organize record and well-kept the inspection/test report, evaluate and verify the accuracy and reliability of the data.

• 组织实施生产工艺过程审核，定期评价分析，提供改进建议。

Organize the implementation of the production process audit, regular evaluation and analysis, provide improvement suggestion.

• 通过定期对质量现状的评价分析，对过程文件有效性或实施过程进行审核、维护、更新,并定期评估质量控制系统现状，提出改进建议.

Through regular analysis on the current status of the quality, implement audit, maintain, update the effectiveness of procedure/process, regularly assess the quality control system, and provide improvement suggestion.

• 根据质量控制系统要求，对相关人员进行定期培训。

According to the requirements of quality control system, training related person regularly.

• 对顾客要求或质量投诉，组织或支持相关部门实施改进措施并跟进监督。

Refer to customer requirement or quality complaints, organize or support related department to implement improvements and validation.

• 组织并指导团队进行新项目质量策划，分析并制定产品质量保证计划。

Organize and guide the team about new project quality plan, analysis and draw up quality assurance plan.

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: 本科及以上学历，Bachelor degree or above
• Language语言: 大学英语4级以上，English: CET4 or above
• Computer skill计算机技能: 办公自动操作知识 Good knowledge of MS-office
• Work experience工作经验: 两年以上相关工作经验 over 2-years of related experience
• Others to be specified其他:

接受数理统计知识教育，包括质量工具的运用，例如：“质量工程师”资格可以作为佐证

Knowledge of statistician, know how to use quality tools, have related certification for Quality engineer.

熟悉质量管理基本手法

Familiar basic quality management method.

熟悉汽车行业质量体系者优先

Familiar quality system of auto industry is preferred

• 至少2年或以上工业企业现场质量工作经验，过程及产品评审经验

Over 2 years of plant quality management, process and produce audit experience in industrial corporation.

• 组织、沟通能力和团队合作精神

Good organizing, communication skill and team work spirit.
