For our Sourcing Office in Shanghai – we are looking for a Senior Garment Technician. The successful candidate will work closely with the product manager, designer from Paris and with the merchandiser in Shanghai.

BASE：GUANGZHOU

Your Responsibilities:

• The process of the production samples, validating measurements, construction and workmanship of the garments and maintaining quality control.

• Working in collaboration with designers and Production Managers to ensure proper interpretation of styling details and fit standards.

• Follow-up and daily communication with suppliers.

• Resolve manufacturing problems

• Build detailed tech packs utilizing designer's initial flat sketch and trim sheet / information. Create detailed technical illustrations & specs.

• Lead fit sessions with live models or dummies.

• Organize and manage required corrections to patterns.

• Train supplier to meet TW standards.

  
  

Your Profile

• Minimum 9 years’ experience in in Technician filed, good experience in Accessories Shoes, as Accessories-Shoes Technician in a fashion women’s wear company;

• Associate or Bachelor degree or above from Textile / Clothing engineering/Technical Engineering/Fashion Design

• Organized, and self-motivated person, able to work independently and also in a team within a fast paced environment

• Excellent English knowledge orally and in written

• Fashion is your passion
