Job Description
Scope may include, but are not limited to:
- The Quality Technician utilizes Quality Engineering tools and practices for the effective and efficient development, transfer and maintenance of products/processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- The incumbent will also utilize Quality Engineering principles and problem-solving skills to improve and maintain products/processes that are aligned with the overall Quality and Business vision.
- He/she will utilize appropriate risk management to prevent unanticipated failure modes and improve capability of processes.
- This person will support processes in base business.
- The Quality Technician conducts assignments encompassing complete projects or portions of major projects.
- They determine methods and techniques to be used or adapt standard methods to meet variations.
- They coordinate phases of work internally and externally.

- 利用质量工具，在整个产品生命周期内有效，高效地开发，转移和维护产品/流程。
- 还利用质量原则和解决问题的技能来改进和维护与整体质量和业务愿景相一致的产品/流程。
- 将利用适当的风险管理来防止意外的故障模式并提高流程的能力。
- 支持基础业务流程。
- 执行包含完整项目或主要项目部分的任务。
- 决定使用的方法和技术，或调整标准方法以满足变化。
- 协调内部和外部的工作阶段。
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
- Mechanical drawing interpretation
- Statistical analysis tools
- GMP background is preferred.
