Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead team to strictly follow Alb HSE policies, procedures and standards, and supervise QC activities to ensure the compliance.

2. Set up method validation/verification standard procedure.

3. Responsible for developing /optimizing new analytical method and instrument operation instruction, and reviewing them when necessary.

4. Lead team to conduct method validation/verification and provide formal report. 5. Design experiment and organize team to conduct test for MSA (gage R&R), and provide formal report.

6. Take part in activities for production process improvement, provide guidance and lead team to finish Non-standard test in time.

7. Training QC personnel on test for routine sample, including test method and instrument operation.

8. Take part in activities for customer audit/qualification and complaint/incident investigation (RCA), and provide support to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification:

1. Master degree, majored in Analytical Chemistry.

2. At least 3 years’ experience on analytical method development and optimization in inorganic industry, better in lithium industry.

3. Experienced in using analytical instruments: ICP-OES, ICP-MS, AAS, Automatic Potentiometric Titrator, Ion Chromatography, Particle Size Analyzer, UV-vis spectrophotometer, etc.

4. Have knowledge and experience on ISO9001, ISO17025 and IATF16949.

5. Have knowledge and experience on LIMS.
