• Manage supplier and incoming material inspection.
• Develop, implement and improve inspection plan for existing and new products.
• Review non-conforming material and identify disposition.
• Provide guidance to QC inspectors and technicians on day-to-day IQC operation.
• Plan and organize training to QC inspectors and technicians on quality standard
• Drive quality improvement and problem solving activities.
• Investigate internal/external failure and drive corrective action.
• Responsible for ensuring products, processes and system are in compliance with QMS and customers’ requirement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality initiatives to address system inadequacies as well as to achieve continual quality improvement objectives. 
• Perform internal and supplier audit and ensure non-compliances are corrected timely.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/ Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years QC experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge of QA/QC tools and quality improvement tools and techniques
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
