Essential Responsibilities: 1. IQC团队的日常管理. Daily management of IQC team
2. 量产零件的检验。Inspect the incoming materials,in accordance with the technical specifications and the quality instructions.
3. 样品零件的检验。Inspect the samples,in accordance with the technical specifications and the quality instructions.
4. 改善检验过程、方法。Inspection technical improve.
5. 原材料检验作业指导书的更新。To update the OI for raw material incoming inspection.
6. 及时的发送投诉报告给相关供应商,并跟踪到围堵措施。Sending GNC reports to relevant supplier timely and follow up until to containment actions.
7. 维持工作场所的5S。Guarantee good 5S conditions.
8. 预防不良品流入后续制程。Prevent defect parts pass to production.
9. 检具维护。Maintain inspection tools.
Qualifications/Requirements: 机械工程专业大专以上。
College’s degree major in mechanical engineering,
7年以上质量领域工作经验,且具有3年以上团队管理经验
More than 7 years working experience in quality field and at least 3 years team management experience
具有相关(机械& 高压电器)相关行业从业背景
Relevant industry background (machinery & high voltage electrical appliances)
能够读写英文资料且能进行简单的英文沟通
Ability to read and write English documentation and to communicate in simple English
Desired Characteristics: 1. 能够管理并指导 IQC 团队的日常检验工作, 能够协助部门经理贯彻执行职责内的部门工作To be able to manage and guide the daily inspection work of IQC team, and to assist department managers in carrying out the departmental work within their responsibilities

2. 熟悉IQC工作流程,具有做质量检验工作的意识
Familiar with IQC workflow and have the consciousness of doing quality inspection work

3. 根据技术规范及质检指导书对量产零件及样品零件的开展检验工作。Inspect the incoming materials and samples, in accordance with the technical specifications and the quality instructions

4. 维护管理检验器具. Maintain the inspection tools.

5. 不良信息沟通,改善检验过程,加强内部交流。
Communicate with Quality (SQE) , supplier, production, while keeping a rigorous level of quality. Issue the NC (non conformance) reports. Improve IQC process with internal sharing and study.

6. 处理IQC发现的供应商原材料不良,并推动供应商改善
To handle the raw material nonconformity detected in incoming inspection. Promote supplier improvement
