Essential Duties and Tasks:

1. Assist existing factories to perform root cause analysis of quality problems and give them necessary training or guidance and help them to make preparation for the quality audits;

2. Help the existing factories to set up and/or improve their own internal QMS program, to assist them to set up their own internal inspection system;

3. Conduct routine visits to supervise the daily operation of the existing factories on their internal inspection system;

4. After each visit for the factories, draft on-site visit reports that detail quality of goods inspected;

5. After the quality inspections and/or audits, assist the factory to prepare the appropriate CAP where applicable, if necessary.

6. Communicate with factory quality lead and Uniek China sourcing team on the performance of the factories routinely;

7. Work as an expert in quality issues for factories and internal sourcing team and answer the questions from factories and internal colleagues;

8. To provide on site compliance guidance to the factories and assist them in preparing for upcoming audits, whilst providing feedback to UA on the preparedness of factories for upcoming audits.

9. To facilitate communication between factories and UC compliance specialist on all compliance related matters.

10. Fulfill any other works assigned by manager;

Requirements:

1. Can communicate in English; Good spoken English preferred;

2. Good communicator;

3. Over 2 years related working experience;

4. Familiar with AQL inspection process, and manufacturing of frame products;

5. Honest, detail minded, responsible, strong sense of principle, hardworking;

6. Can afford frequent or long time travelling.
