Purpose: To follow up lab safety management and quality control procedures and implement lab work instructions to deliver lab operation safety and efficiency performance target.

Job responsibility:

• To ensure the Lab operation run safely
• Be familiar with hazard categories of solvents and chemicals at lab and ensure store and handling process full compliance to SDS requirements.
• Be familiar with lubricant lab operation process safety risks and implement preventative and mitigation barriers during daily operation
• follow lab emergency response procedures and participate regular lab ERP drill excise.
• To implement QC/QA tests basing on approved test protocols
• Lab operation routine support such as keep quality check record

• Achieve lab test efficient target
• Achieve 100% lubricant GB and master formulation QA testing compliance

Requirements:

• College degree in Chemical or related field. More than 2 year of laboratory experience
• Be familiar with lubricant test methods, and production process ISO 9001, IATF16949 and QC tools
• Experience in lubricant lab equipment operation, maintenance and calibration
• Basic written English
• Desired
• Good communication skills and can liaise directly with internal and external parties
