Overall Purpose of the role

To support the Technical & Quality Manager to provide administrative and quality surveillance in order to maintain consistent quality and technical specifications on purchased products.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure Technical compliance in accordance with appropriate UK and European laws

• Thorough liaison with UK QC team and China Suppliers to establish the correct and appropriate criteria for the individual products

• Create product specifications

• Develop products to ensure that they complete the (SAM) Product Approval process

  产品开发，以确保产品通过公司流程审批

• Analyze Return data and report to Quality Engineering manager

  分析退回产品数据，并及时向经理汇报

• Creating and Owning Corrective ActionsDocument resolutions, corrective actions and changes to technical specifications in order to maintain accurate records and data base.

  测试报告和验货等技术文件的审核解决，提供错误解决方法和行动，并进行相应的技术规范，以确保精确的文档数据库

• PRR - Analyse returns and repair data at forensic level to assess failure rate and potential claims to the business

  PPR- 在技术层面分析和修复产品退回和返修数据，以评估失败率和潜在的业务索赔

• TCF – Maintain the Technical Construction File update with changes in Directives when required, collate technical data and drawings.

  TCT- 维护技术文档的更新，并在需要时更改指令，整理技术数据和图纸

• Provide Technical Support for Sales, Marketing, Buying and Service teams

  为公司销售，市场、采购和售后服务提供技术支持

• Dealing with customers complain via emails or phone calls

Qualifications, skills and experience required

• Experienced in Technical and Quality specifications

  具有技术和质量方面的经验

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical subject

  大学工科背景及同等质量管理学历

• Due Diligence, AQLs, Product Standards and European Directives

  熟悉AQLS、产品标准和欧洲标准

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in an engineering environment at operational level

  3年以上的实操经验

• Good PC Knowledge (Word, Excel, Maginus)

  电脑操作熟练 （Word, Excel, Maginus）
