Summary:

The quality control & quality assurance engineer will create, prepare and implement the QC/QA plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan. The main duties will be to develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures and ensure purchased products conforming to the pre-defined requirements.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop written procedures for quality control/quality assurance for all the categories;

• 
  Perform needed tests on site to ensure conformity of material, process, package, and performance according to the contract specifications;

• 
  Implement inspection based on quality inspection plan, contracted specification and quality control checklist;

• 
  Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for existing product lines and new product by collaborating with product engineer;

• 
  Review the existing standard documentation for operation process in the factories, propose any improvements deemed necessary;

• 
  Develop standard quality control procedures to be performed by the factories. Monitor whether the factories perform the procedures right;

• 
  Check the operation in different process during factory tour;

• 
  Provide technical support to customer services, including FQA, RMA, etc;

• 
  Update complete and updated information to BE warehouse when there is new product or change to existing product;

• 
  Partial time work in our own factory near Shenzhen for manufacturing.

Reporting:

• 
  Directly to procurement manager. Submit every inspection report in written form and document the reports correctly. Provide and review monthly report

• 
  Qualifications:

• 
  Technical background, major in mechanical, engineering;

• 
  Minimum five years of experience in the industries of automobile, mechanical tools and equipment;

• 
  Fluent in spoken and written English

• 
  Able to travel frequently
