职位概况

• On line QC shall be responsible for the test in a safe, accurate and effective way, and shall ensure the raw materiasl, packing materials and finished goods are in accordance with the quality standard of HB Fuller Company. 在线QC负责本部门的安全以及准确的而有效率的测试工作,必须确保原材料,包装材料和成品符合HB Fuller公司质量标准。
• Follow H.B. Fuller & government EHS policy and procedure at any place and any time during the work. 在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守HBFuller公司和国家规定的安全政策和程序。
• Independently complete the training for new employees. 能独立完成新职工的培训。
• Independently fulfill performance test for finished goods. 独立完成成品性能测试。
• Actively participate in the training organized by the supervisor, and put forward opinion for the improvement of process, product and quality. 积极参与主管组织的的培训计划,对工艺和产品,质量的改进提出意见。
• Be responsible for effective production of employee at PG15, and ensure the jobs are completed by them in time. 负责PG15员工等有效率的运作，同时确保PG15也按时完成工作。
• This position is reporting to Facility Technical Supervisor; 该职位向工厂技术主管汇报。

PRIMARY DUTIES

主要职责

• To check raw and packing materials, and collect COA of raw material to technician to ensure the qualification of the incoming materials meet the requirements. 检查必检原材料和包装材料,，收取原材料COA给技术员，确保来料合格。
• To test on-line finished products to ensure the qualification of finished goods meet the requirments. 在线成品测试,确保入库成品合格。
• To input QC test data into the QC database. 输入QC测试数据进QC数据库。
• To prepare ordinary COA and ensure the delivery test report meets the requirement. 做普通COA,确认出货检验报告符合要求。
• To label quality tag and specify quality status of raw material and finished goods. 贴质量标签,明确原材料/成品的质量状态。
• To have samples reservation management to ensure the follow up of finished goods and raw material. 留样管理,确保成品和原材料的追溯性。
• To execute on-line inspection to ensure the qualification of extruding process for finished goods. 执行在线巡检,确保成品出料过程合格。
• To arrange process card to ensure the integrity of quality record. 完成工艺卡整理,确保质量记录完整。
• To complete quarterly test for the internal instrument. 完成季度内部校验测试仪器。
• To complete other tests such as goods return, customer coomplaints and tests required by R&D Dep.. 完成其他测试，退货检查，客户投诉测试，研发技术要求的测试。
• To fill out abnormal report when abnormal condition occurred and to coordinate with production to look for the reasons. 发现任何异常，填写异常报告,配合生产查找异常的原因。
• To pay attention to the safety and ensure the neatness, tidiness and safety of the working area and complete 5S jobs accordingly. 注意安全，确保工作区域始终保持干净，整洁和安全,完成相应的5S工作。
• To operate the equipment correctly, if any fault or default is exist, equipment should be prohibited to use and a report should be made. 正确操作设备，发现任何缺陷或违规行为，都必须停止使用并报告。
• To complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管分配的其他任务。
• Over the past three months without any complaints from external customers. 在过往3个月内没有发生任何内外部客户的投诉。
• Independently complete training for new employees. 能独立完成新职工的培训。
• Independently complete performance test for finished goods. 独立完成成品性能测试。

Minimum Requirements

职位要求

• College degree (majoring in quality or chemical industry) diploma, basic English and computer knowledge. 大专(质量专业/化工专业)毕业,能懂基本的英语,会基本的电脑。
• Good teamwork capability 必须有良好的团队工作能力。
• At least one-year relevant working experiences (QC experience) 至少1年的相关工作经验(QC工作经验)。
• Manufacture, especially in chemical industry or adhesives industry is a priority. 在制造业，尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。

Physical Demands 身体条件

• Good health, without hearing obstacle, no color blindness and without insensitive in smell. 身体健康，无听力障碍,无色盲,无嗅觉不灵敏等问题。
• Be able to endure hardship, work in night shift and can take three-shift work, and work overtime according to the actual condition. 能吃苦,能上夜班，胜任两班倒工作,并根据实际情况进行相应的加班。（AM7:30-PM4:30, PM2:30-PM11:00）
• Be able to complete samle test by moving 25KG adhesives. 能够完成搬动15KG胶水的抽样工作。
