Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to perform repair operational tasks and co-ordinate with global, regional or HK team, Fashion boutiques as well as internal FA technicians and external vendors in order to meet our KPI annually.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control

· Repair quality results within its country

· Local Country Quality standard (Import / Export / Repair )

· Prepare Quality report & analysis

· Communication (e.g. alert, BTQs, info from buying etc)

After Sales Service

· Coordinate the process & communication for Local Repair (In House & External workshop)

· Coordinate the process & communication for Overseas Repair

· Boutique support / training for Repair related issue

· Spare part management, ordering & inventory control

· Regular stock take

· Prepare monthly report & analysis

· Communication (e.g. BTQs, info from buying etc)

Processes & Systems

· WMS / AX / POS & CASS related procedures, processes & data
