Experience Requirements

College degree in Engineering disciplines or equivalent.

5 + year solid QC inspection experience in multi-national company, has worked on USA shipments in the past.

Familiar with USA brands (Geico, Dell, Coca-Cola, FedEx, GE, AT&T, etc).

Familiar with licenses (MLB/Major League Baseball, NFL/National Football League, PGA/Professional Golfers Association, etc).

Experience in hard line (gifts and sundries), toys, ceramic, melamine, wood, acrylic, die cast, plastic products. Must be very well-rounded.

Familiar with social compliance and factory evaluation is an advantage.

Job Skills & Traits

Good command of both oral and written English. CET – 6 scores.

Good computer skill in MS office.

Integrity, independence and willing to work under pressure.

Frequent travel to China factories is required.

Knowledgeable in the US and international toys safety regulations such as ASTM F963 and EN-71.

Knowledgeable in production process control technique and SPC.

Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out in-line and final inspections based on AQL sampling plan, Inline checklist and customer requirements to evaluate the quality of the goods produced by factory.

Provide written quality inspection report to support shipment release authorization.

Report quality findings from factory to concerned stakeholders and provide suggestion for production process trouble shooting.

Prepare Inspection Checklist.
