OEMSERV Hong kong Ltd. is currently looking for a qualified Quality Control Manager to join our team in Dongguan China.

As the Quality Manager, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Quality Control of our products with following responsibilities:
 
Leadership:

1. Provides coordination of quality procedures, specifications and standards to ensure conformance to ISO standards and customer requirements.
2. Leads, implements and simplify Quality Management System.
3. Assists in resolution of products/technical/personnel issues.

Technical Support:

1. Oversee and maintain quality planning, non-conforming material, document and data control and corrective procedure
2. Facilitate teams for root cause analysis and corrective procedure determinations and implementation.
3. Specifies and maintains necessary QC equipment to ensure conformance to customer specifications.
4. Oversees and performs (external and internal) auditing functions.
5. Regularly analyses services provided for customer to develop new ways to better satisfy customer needs.
6. Supports the improvement of production flow and Quality Process


Administrative Support:
 
1. Provides periodic quality summary reports for Management Review.
2. Trains quality employees on quality and continuous improvement concepts.
3. Designs, organizes, and completes employee training program.
4. Oversees technical writing projects concerning quality and production procedures.
5. Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
6. Provides high level of internal and external customer service.

Who you are:
 
* Four Year technical degree preferred
* 3 years manufactory/supervisory experience related with quality control
* Strong background in statistics, quality inspection methods, inspection equipment and AQL
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, written communication and computer skills
* Familiar with work in China
* English - fluent
* Chinese - is advantage / not mandatory
