General Description:

Provide the solution and technical support to the quality problem of elevator and its parts; drive the problem of found during elevator installation or maintenance and improve the product, eventually satisfy the customer’s requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• After receiving feedback, through OTIS internal system, telephone, mail or on-site investigations, collect the problem of information, analysis and confirm the feedback validity;
• Pre-analysis of the feedback problem, and assign to responsible department. Confirm the temporary containment measures, source of the problem and permanent preventive measures provided by responsible departments;
• Conduct regular communication meeting with the responsibility of departments, branches, maintenance department, installation and oversea customers to address the problem-solving;
• Coordinate and cooperate with the site and responsible departments to confirm the validity of the solution and eventually close the FTB;
• Provide immediate jobsite solution and follow up to reduce solving ratio
• RRCA review and summarize report
• FTB solving ratio >=60%, AMT LT <= 7.5days, PPM <=19M and COPQ ratio <=4.0%
• Comply with WWJSSS and OTIS EH&S rules.
• Comply with UTC and company’s Ethics & Compliance Policies
• Complete ACE Associate courses and get the license on time

• Apply ACE Tools to daily work

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor or above

• Experience: above 2 year of quality or industrial engineering field

• Language: Good writing English and fluent spoken English

• Computer Skills: Be good at office software( Excel. Word, PPT etc.)

• Major is Electrical or mechanical engineering is advanced

• Other Key Competencies:

o Have good communication, co-ordination skills

o Knowledge of elevator design or manufacturing experience are preferred (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Processes)
