Summary
Responsible for Project Management of QMS compliance and Integration initiatives that drive global regulatory compliance, inspection readiness and global QMS alignment.
- Assumes project management responsibilities for assigned regulation and standard changes.
- Assumes project management responsibilities for assigned QMS company integrations.
- Assumes project management responsibilities for assigned Plant QMS support.
- Assumes SME ownership of assigned initiatives, as required.
- Develops tools and dashboards to monitor progress to project due dates, milestones and regulatory/business commitments.
- Collaborates with SMEs/QMRs/Leads to maintain project strategy and to remove and/or escalate project barriers.
- Establishes effective partnerships with Element/Process Stewards, Global Business Owners, Regional/Local SMEs, QMRs and Program/Project Management.
Qualifications
- Project Management Experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Success working with multifunctional, global teams
- Excellent interpersonal /influencing/negotiation skills required
- Ability to engage and motivate others
- Knowledge of QMS, manufacturing operations and cGMPs
- Accomplishes objectives despite obstacles and setbacks
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
- 3-5 years of Quality or Operational Experience
