1) Perform regular internal audit to maintain healthy QMS based on IATF16949/VDA6.3 and customer requirements

2) Drive systematic root cause investigation & CAPA implementation on internal audit findings & prevent re-occurrence

3) Maintain user friendly audit management system & drive system continual improvement

4) Promote quality mindset/awareness within factory & drive continual improvement

5) Supporting external IATF16949 3rd party audit

1) Bachelor or master degree in micro-electronics, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, material engineering etc with 3+ years working experience in semiconductor industry or automotive industry

2) Knowledgeable on IATF16949 & VDA 6.3, working experience as IATF16949/VDA6.3 internal auditor is preferred

3) Knowledge on IATF16949 5 core tools, RoHS control will be a plus

4)    Good communication skills

5)    Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill
