Job Description

The QMS Engineer will be based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao. This role will take lead in maintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• 负责公司质量管理体系建设、维护和管理工作；并对质量管理制度的执行情况进行检查、纠正和持续改进。
• 组织和实施公司内部体系、过程和产品审核以及产品环境符合性的审核。
• 协助管理者代表、体系经理、管理者，参与管理评审活动。
• 负责第三方认证审核的准备、安排及联络，对第三方开出的不符合项进行跟踪和关闭。
• 负责外部客户的审核准备工作，及客户开出的不符合项进行跟踪和关闭。
• 负责对供应商的年度审核工作的组织和安排，并监督相关方对开出的不符合项进行跟踪和改进。
• 定期收集、验证及跟踪各部门质量目标的有效性。

• 组织质量体系文件的编制及修订，培训及管理。

• 供应商提供产品的ROHS, REACH 有害物质资料的收集。

• 协助体系经理对公司内部的质量推行持续改善方案，及跟踪方案的有效性。

• 与公司内部及外部（客户、供应商）进行良好的和有效的沟通。

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 大专及以上学历，机械、汽车及相关专业, 5年以上汽车行业质量管理体系管理工作；
• 熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/AS9100D/ISO13485质量管理体系及质量五大工具的运用；
• 具备质量体系问题的解决、疑难问题的分析、处理能力和体系审核能力；
• 必须具备独立接待来自审核机构和客户等外部审核的能力，有能力书写与业务有关的报告和相关程序文件的手册;
• 必须具备独立完成工作的能力，有主见，及在集团公司内跨公司，跨部门较强的沟通协作能力；
• 英文书写能力良好, 抗压能力强，正直诚信，仔细，责任心，执行力，学习能力强。

• 有汽车行业体系工作经验者优先考虑；
• 具备IATF16949内审员资格，有AS9100D/ISO13485:2016 内审员资格的优先考虑；
• 熟悉RoHS/REACH 相关有害物质管理要求；
