1.Perform quality planning, reliability testing and assessment of new product, engineering changes and capacity expansion.
2.Liaise and work with customer to fulfill their product, quality and reliability requirements.
3.Perform regular reliability audits to detect potential product reliability problem.
4.Coordinate and follow-up on the effectiveness of the corrective actions with responsible personnel on reliability related issues.
5.Reliability assessment in Material Review Board.
6.Drive reliability improvement program.
7.Correct methods used in failure analysis to determine the failure mode and failure mechanism.
8.Coordinate and follow-up on the effectiveness of the corrective actions with responsible personnel on product failures.
9.Develop effective failure analysis techniques.
10.Product benchmark analysis
EDUCATION
?Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Physics, chemistry or Materials Science.
EXPERIENCE
?Good working knowledge on FA & reliability engineering field is a plus.
?Good working knowledge on semiconductor field is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Good working knowledge in reading, writing and oral English.
?Good understanding of environmental stress testing, QFD, DFMEA / PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, Statistical Process Control and basic Problem Solving Skills (Global 8D methodology) is a plus.
?Good working knowledge in JEDEC standards is a plus.
?Working knowledge in 7 QC tools / Six Sigma / Kaizen tools is a plus.
?Working knowledge in materials, defect analysis and reliability testing is a plus.
?Working knowledge in computer and software programming is a plus.
