Job Description

As a QSP Customer Protection Coordinator, you will be the main contact in BMW Plant SLP, you will lead and coordinate our customer protection team, by being responsible to implement preventive and immediate containments to minimize the impact to our assembly lines and assure daily KPI’s accomplishment.

Furthermore, you will be responsible of the performance from our QDL (Service Provider) for sorting & reworks, including any escalation process when required.

Also, you will encourage suppliers to ship parts according to the BMW Group standards and internal norms, considering the specifications required to meet end-customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as Q-Engineer, SQA back-office and/or front desk.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry in production and quality fields.
  • Knowledge of quality problem solving (GD&T, SPC, Quality Circle, house of quality).
  • Fluent business English.
