Responsibilities:

• Establish, prepare and implement QA plans / Quality Control system and formulate work instructions, operational procedures, inspection reports, checklists and etc
• Carry out construction site quality inspections in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area China
• Carry out regular investigation in any quality related issues and make recommendations on corrective and preventive actions
• Compile audit reports & analyze relevant inspection data
• Review and assess the progress of works, highlighting issues during site meetings whenever necessary
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction industry
• Critical and analytical thinking, and detail oriented
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Sound PC skills on MS Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Manager
