Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- Watch design, develop & trading company
- We are composed of engineers and technical experts. We are able to develop new projects and products which fulfill clients' specifications and international standards.
- We offer rapid prototyping and salesman samples that clients have just drawn or proposed for ODM and OEM products.
- Main market : US and European watch brands and clients
- Other offices : Switzerland & Shenzhen
- We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Over 10 years solid quality experience in watch
- Over 3 years at supervisory/managerial level
- Familiar with European/US/international watch branded customers' requirements
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Monitor all quality functions including quality control, quality engineering, quality assurance and factory assessment.
- Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
- Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems.
- Lead a small China QC team to carry out the daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers' expectation.
- Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
- Present quality relative issues to technical team
- Ensure quality control efficiency in a day to day basis
- Manage and monitor performance Quality control team, train people, improve their abilities
- Support teams (purchasers or production executives or engineers) to solve quality issues
- Mainly work in Shenzhen office
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
