THE COMPANY :
- German & China JV company
- Manufacturer of textile production machinery carrying own brand name
- Factory : Guangdong
- Main markets : China, Asia Pacific and overseas
- We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines,
- Over 8 years management experience in quality assurance and quality control in manufacturers of any products
- Experience in mechanical engineering is a plus
- Good knowledge in ISO9000 system, 6-Sigma as well as lean production,
- Experience in sizable companies is a plus
- Proficient of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese,
- Good communication skill to deal with suppliers / vendors / clients / internal departments and outside parties
- Experience in large scale machinery is a plus (not a must)
- Report to the Senior Technical Manager
- Lead Quality Team of 20-30 members in China factory
- Supervise the Quality system in the department, maintain and drive the continuous improvement programs, quality training etc.
- Identity the problem during the manufacturing processing and enable to provide the preventive / corrective actions,
- Lead implementation of Quality Audit of suppliers,
- Review the Annual Quality Plan as according to the Group's policy
- A strong quality with mechanical knowledge or sizable company management experience is highly prefer

- 5 days work (Mon 8am ferry from TST China HK City – that is only 4 nights per week in China)
