Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ quantity surveying experience
• Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities:

• Check and audit tender reports
• Monitor tendering procedures and approved tender lists
• Evaluate variation works and payment

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.)
