A busy fit out contractor are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Macau.

You must have experience in interior fit out, and ideally have work in Macau before. Main responsibilities include tender preparation, cost control, interim payment applications, VOs, and handling final accounts.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in fitting out, commercial experience preferred
• Keen eye for detail, and well-presented
• Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• HK ID holders preferred
