Position:IB Biology teacher
Location:Qingdao
This full-time position will include a combination of IB/IGCSE Biology.main to teache
Grade11-13 students.

Salary:
 Gross annual salary (before tax and deductions) of a newly qualified teacher with no management responsibilities (new arrival) is around USD48,000.00 (RMB350,000.00 )
 Gross annual salary (before tax and deductions) of a teacher with no management responsibilities at top of the pay scale is around USD89,000 (RMB650,000.00)
 For teachers new to school the maximum entry level is around USD80,000.00 (RMB586,000.00)
 Approximate tax and deductions is 25% or 30%.

Requirements:
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area, Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Education in relevant subject, at least 2 years teaching experience as a qualified teacher.
• Master’s level degree or above in content area preferred
• Linguistic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese highly desirable
• Holds a teaching license or teacher registration from home country
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an independent school environment
• Participates in professional learning communities, grade-level teams, and other collaborative communities to design and plan instructions, to improve practice, and to achieve student outcomes
• Drive and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
