Job Description

This is a Co-Op position which requires three alternating rotations (e. g. 1st rotation: Spring, 2nd rotation: Fall, 3rd rotation: Summer).

The Qualification Development Technical Operations Co-Op will keep track of the technical training class schedule, training resources, and monthly reporting. Will be tracking and processing all technical training requests for plant qualification landscape. Will be acquiring effective feedback to technical training team while creating and researching latest trends and data. Will support Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality team with qualification and equipment needs.

The qualified co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

  • Tracking and reporting of all Plant qualification classes.
  • Maintain Technical Training content for website.
  • Tracking team milestones for projects (target setting, workshops, qualification events).
  • Development of future pilot technical training programs.
  • Maintaining inventory of spare parts and consumables for technical training workshops.
  • Researching latest data and trends, launching pilots and incorporating into existing technical training program.
  • Development of reporting function of Production Academy competency profiles and roles.

  • Major in Business Management, Data Analytics, IT, Human Resources would be beneficial to this position.
  • Computer skills in all Microsoft office (Microsoft suite) and database management (Power BI, Apex, etc.).
  • Communication and time management skills required.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions. 
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • Must Attach an unofficial transcript upon applying 
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
  • The work term dates for this position are January 3 2022 through May 6 2022
