Client's information:
We are working with one of the top tier local architectural practice in Hong Kong, they have strong project profile of local government/ residential development projects in Hong Kong. With upcoming projects next year, they are looking for an AP Qualified Architect to join them.

Responsibility: 

• Liaising with different parties including client/ consultant/ government department/ contractor.
• Reviewing design proposal for each local projects.
• Overseeing the quality of tender documentation and reports.
• Responsible for internal team management.
• Monitoring the project & design quality, such as execution, scheduling, etc.

Requirements: 

• At least 6 years of post-qualification experience. 
• Authorized Person is a must.
• Familiar with Hong Kong/ China Architectural statutory requirements and submissions/ approval procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and Mandarin.
