• Tests products and processes to establish functionality and effectiveness.
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
• Program, execute and analyze automated test scripts.
• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter and identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing working collaboratively with the development team.
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
• Determine what modifications and/or improvements are needed after testing.
• Assist in the creation and estimation of user stories ensuring they are testable.
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
• Develops, plans, and executes change implementation.
• Documents results and observations after inspections and audits.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
• Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams with a delivery focus in both project and operational environments.
• Ability to manage own time and work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to write clear and concise text for different audiences.
• Understanding of a complex technical Internet environment.
• Testing on a variety of platforms including the latest browsers and mobile devices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

• Extensive experience with QA methodologies and manual software testing.
• 3 years automated testing experience preferred (or similar developer experience).
• SmartBear TestComplete automation experience a plus.
• Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps a plus.
• Previous experience in an Agile environment a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related technologies essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide solutions.
