JOB PURPOSE
  • To assist in maintaining and improving overall quality standards of all production. 
  • Working as part of the Quality Control team operationally in Manufacturing areas, setting and maintaining quality standards across production areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspecting part made and finished garments ensuring these meet the required standards.
  • Aim to continually improve standards offering suggestions where appropriate.
  • Producing inspection audit reports to identify problems within the manufacturing process.
  • Be vigilant on factory floor to identify any quality standards not being met and bring these to team leaders attention.
  • Communicate with Production team leaders and operators to ensure any problems are solved in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

  • Highly Motivated.
  • Sewing skills – Eye for detail.
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Friendly approachable nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
