I. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

DEPARTMENT’S TOP 3 OBJECTIVES:
1. Material and On line product quality control plan implementation.
2. On line quality issues handling and mornitor CAPA implement to drive continue improvement
3. Manage and monitor incoming and on line quality daily quality inspection.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow product quality control plan, and implement material and finished goods positive release, to make sure material and product compliance.
• Work with team to develop CAPA to drive continuous improvement.
• Organize and manage incoming and on line QC working and tasks distribution.
• Be assigned a member of cleaning implementation team from quality.
• Coach and organize quality training for QC people.
• Take responsibility for quality part inspection during validation activities.
• Support quality audit to identify gaps todrive improvement on quality management system.
• Daily quality inspection, quality data analysis and quality issues handling.

LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISION:

• Manage and monitor QC people working.
• Coach and organize quality training for QC people.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop CAPA to close those observations identified during audits, including Corporation audits, external audit, internal audits, GMP plant tours…
• Material and product positive release, to make sure product conformance.
• Manage daily quality issue communication with team.
• Participate in daily cleaning implementation plan.
• QA inspection instruments and machines maintenance with following related procedures and SOP.
• Driving on line GMP implementation.

II. EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree - MAJOR:
• Preferred (Asset): < > - MAJOR: engineering

EXPERIENCE:

• Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience < >  4+ Years of Functional Experience < >  Position Specific Requirement, if any: 4+ Years of Quality Management Experience Required

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: 5S, Quality management tools.
• Required: GMP
