Job Summary：

・ Keep TOMS shoes SPEC, blueprinting, etc tech data from engineer.

・ Provide tech data when a spicific shoes is transfered to another factory.

・ Consolidate report from the third party/TOMS QA.

・ Team daily administrative affairs.

Job Responsibilities:

・ Tracks production material problems.

・ Follow-up fail on final inspection & fail XM warehouse inspection case.

・ Work with QA team to maintain seasonal packing manual in a timely manner.

・ Prepares weekly QA meeting report.

・ Build claim library.

. Ensures less customer claim cases and ensures factory pay close attention to any claim issues.

Requirement of Skill:

・ Detail-minded, hardworking and willing to take up challenges.

・ Skills with final inspection quality control.

・ Good at operate skill of computer. Familiar with computer skill of PPT / Excel.

. Basic shoe making knowledge at least over two years working experience in footwear.

Qualifications:

・ B.A./B.S. degree.

・ At least 2 years’ experience in footwear.

・ Oral and verbal communication in Chinese.

. Oral communication in English.

Special Requirements: Flexible to travel and work in different location (该职位需要轮换到不同省份工作）
