Responsible for• Reviewing all calls by the telemarketing team to ensure adherence with laid-down processes & guidelines.
• Ensuring documentation quality
• Conducting regular quality assurance review sessions with the telemarketing team
- Work with QA Manager to manage the quality assurance of the telemarketing team
- Investigate and handle customer service issues
- Assist QA Manager in training enforcement and quality document fulfillment to ensure customer service excellence
- Provide QA Training to new hirers and conduct regular session for the telemarketing team
- Compile and furnish QA findings to QA Manager
- Ensure documentation and reports are promptly and accurately submitted for review
Requirements
- Education: Company Product knowledge and operational procedures.
- Experience: Call Centre & Telemarketing QA experience.
- Specific Business Knowledge: Call Centre & Telemarketing systems & workflows, phone sales knowledge, QA experience.
