As first line of defense, develop and support the implementation of an effective quality assurance program to ensure all the activities carried out across operations & customer functional areas adhere to quality standards of AIA’s products, services and operations - Ensure internal business functions and processes to meet internal/external guidelines and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:

+ Internal Quality Audits (30%): - Timely produce and maintain regular/ad-hoc IQA reports - Support in the delivery of annual Customer Office management review - Collect, maintain and timely update archives of SOPs on document management system
Incident management/Complaint resolutions (30%):
- Proactively coordinate with Customer Office functions in reporting and investigating the cause of incidents, monitor incident reports and coordinate action plans
- Monitor the complaint handling register, especially repeated items, and support the implementation of preventive solutions
- Follow through escalated customer complaints till resolution
+ Audit & Risk assessment (20%):
- Support the assessment of operational processes and systems to evaluate independently the Risk & Control Assessment (RCA) performed by control owners
- Support to follow up Internal audit findings with an aim to closing before target date
+ Other (10%): - Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals, promote awareness of Operational Risk Management program and initiatives - Represent QA in development and roll-out of Customer Office strategic initiatives
